The rules for All Pungs

How All Pungs waits

Two pairs: waiting on either one

You hold two pairs; drawing or claiming either tile turns it into a pung and wins.

Two pungs already claimed; in hand a pung of 3 characters, a pair of 8 characters and a pair of 9 dots: waiting on 8 characters or 9 dots

Single wait: waiting for the pair

All four pungs are done and one lone tile waits for its match. With four claimed sets and a single tile left, it's the golden hook, worth another 1 fan.

Four sets claimed, one 8 dots left: a single wait — winning scores All Pungs plus golden hook
